New Swimming Record
Swimming 100 yards breaststroke in 77 4-ssec, J. White, of Nelson broke the New Zealand junior record of 80 3-ssec at the Nelson municipal baths on Saturday. The time was particularly meritorious,- because White swam alone. He was the only competitor in that event at the centre championships.
