EIRE TO SEND MORE MEAT TO BRITAIN
(Rec. 2 p.m.) LONDON, November 13. It is officially announced that under the new Anglo-Eire trade agreement Eire gets more textile raw materials from Britain and Britain gets live cattle, beef and canned meat. Eire has agreed to curtail her drawings from the dollar pool until next June., equivalent to £141,000,000. Mr de Valera in the Dail, announced that petrol, travel allowances and Virginian tobacco would be restricted and British coal used in place of American. There would be a considerable reduction in all hardcurrency purchases..
