JUGOSLAV PROTEST TO ARGENTINA

(Rec. 9.55 a.m.) LONDON, October 13.

Jugoslavia has instructed its envoy in Buenos Aires to make strong representation to Argentina about the detention of two Jugoslav diplomats, including one of the two officials just expelled from Chile, says Reuter's Belgrade correspondent. The Jugoslav Government also warned the Argentine delegation in Belgrade that serious diplomatic measures might be taken if Argentina did not “give satisfaction.”

Jugoslavia on October 11 broke off relations with Chile because Chile expelled two officials on the ground of alleged Communist activities.
