BOROUGH OF GREYMOUTH Election of Representatives on the Greymouth Harbour Board. XTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT under and by virtue of the Har-. hours Act, 1923, “the Greymouth Harbour Board Reconstitution Act, 1937,” “The Local Election and Polls Act, 1925,” and “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933,” and any amendments to the Acts herein, referred to and the Regulations thereunder, an ELECTION OF TWO REPRESENTATIVES of the Borough of Greymouth on the Greymouth Harbour Board will be held on WEDNESDAY, the 19th day of November, 1947, and further notice is hereby given that I appoint the Town Clerk’s Temporary Office, at the Municipal Gas Office, 100 Tainui street, Greymouth, as the place and WEDNESDAY, the 29th day of October, 1947, as the 'day for NOM-INATION-OF CANDIDATES. Each Nomination Paper must be signed by TWO ELECTORS of the Borough of Greymouth and by the Candidate, and must be delivered to the Returning Officer, or addressed to him and delivered at the Town Clerk’s temporary office, at the 'Municipal Gas Office, 100 Tainui 'street, Greymouth, before Noon on the said 29th day of OCTOBER, 1947. Every Candidate must,, at the time of Nomination DEPOSIT with the Returning Officer, the sum of £3 (THREE POUNDS). Nomination Papers may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office aforesaid. F. H.
