Maudeen And Plunder Bar May Be Favourites

A high class, field should face the starter in the President’s Handicap, the main event on the New Brighton Trotting Club’s programme for its meeting at Addington tomorrow. With four wins in her last four starts. Maudeen is sure to carry a lot of public support while Maori Home and Checkmate may dispute second ranking. Snowflake off the front is another contestant which must be given a god chance in tomorrow’s race.

Good fields have been carded dior, the other races at the meeting, and that in the Farewell Handicap is an attractive one. In this race Plunder Bar must be conceded-every opportunity of improving his record and Emulous, though on a difficult mark, may come into the picture.
