Proposal Not Favoured
Members of the Buller Hospital Board at a meeting this week did not favour the proposal of the Acting Director-General of Health that th* representation of local bodies be altered to provide for four each from, the borough and county instead of the present quota of five for the county and three for the borough, xt was decided that Mr W. H. Mclntyre M.L.C., take the matter up with the Health Department when he visits Wellington. Country members claimed thqt they were representing a much wider area with a greater rateable capital value than the town.
