Lofty Blomfield (17st), won a professional wrestling: contest at Auckland, last night, when his opponent, Tommy O’Toole (17st), was disqualified for "punching in the last round. At. that stage the falls were even, Blomfield gaining the first with an octopus clamp in the fourth round, and O’Toole evening up in the seventh with a body press, after he had dropped Blomfield three times with his knee and a series of throws. Elbow jolts were freely exchanged in the last round, and O’Toole had actually kriocked Blomfield* to the mat when lie was disqualified.—(P.A.)
