Russia Protests Against U.S.-Austrian Agreement
(Rec. 11 a.m.) VIENNA, Sept. 1. A Government official said the Russian High Commissioner for Austria, Colonel-General Kurassov, has sent Chancellor Figi a Note protesting against the Austro-American aid agreement. The ground of the protest was that the American aid programme infringed Austria’s freedom and independence. ___________—
