FINED £100 FOR STARTING LOTTERY
(P A ) WELLINGTON, This Day. William Victor Hargreaves, a watersider, was fined £lOO by Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., today on a charge of estabilishing a lottery. The police said that the tickets were 2s 6d and the prizes totalled about £3OO. \ : _•
