Lease-Lend Account: Soviet Agrees To Talks
WASHINGTON, April 14. Russia has agreed to negotiate a settlement of her 11,000,090,000 dollar lend-lea.se account, says the United States State Department. The United States for seven months has been urging that negotiations should start, and had approached Moscow five times before this in vain. The negotiations will begin in Washington shortly with the Soviet Ambassador, Mr NovikoV, representing Russia.
