MELBOURNE, Feb. 10. Russia and the New Zealand stayer, Golden Souvenir, share the topweight in the Australian Cup, of two miles one furlong and 110 yards, to be run at Flemington on March 8. Tattersail’s suspension for a month emposed by the judicial committee of the Wellington Racing Club on January 11 for his riding of Master Dash, m the York Handicap on the first day of the Wellington summer meeting.
