“Both appeals are disallowed and the decision of No. 5 Transport Licensing Authority to grant the application of, the respondent Company is confirmed,” stated, the Transport Appeal Authority, Sir Francis Frazer,
in his reserved decision in respect of appeals made by the N.Z. Railways Department against the granting by .the No. 5 Authority of a continuous passenger-service licence to Newman Bros, Ltd., for the Nelson-Christy church -route vi’a Lewis -Pass.
