ASSOCIATION Atrocious Conditions For Most Matches

LONDON, Feb. 8. Bad weather forced the postponement of 19 of the matches in the English Football Association Cup. Those league competition teams which took the field despite the weather played in atrocious conditions in most cases, with snow roughly swept or shovelled off the grounds.
