Spanish Property Seized.
The municipal authorities seized the Spanish embassy property in the name of the Chinese Government and ordered the former Spanish Consul, the Marquis Ricardo Muniz, to leave the premises within two days. Officials said that the embassy property would be held until'the resumption of normal diplomatic relations with Spain.—-Peking, February 7.
