RECONSTRUCTION MOVE WARSAW, February 6. Mr. Osobka-Morawski’s Polish Government has resigned. The President, Mr. Boleshlaw Bierut, has asked Mr. Josef Cyrankiewicz, general secretary of the Socialist Party, to form a new one. Mr. Bierut, the only candidate for the Presidency, was re-elected for seven years by 408 votes to 25. Mr. Mikolajczyk’s Peasant Party cast all the negative votes. According to the Warsaw radio, Mr.’ Mikolajezyk submitted his resignation as Deputy-Prime Minister after the Assembly had elected Mr. Bierut President. The radio added that Mr. Mikolajczk’s second in command, Mr. Vladislav Kienik, also resigned as Minister of Public Administration. The radio said the Cabinet would be reconstructed “in conformity with the recent election results.”
