British Motor Exports : Sharp Rise
(Rec. 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 4. Britain in 1946 exported cars, commercial vehicles, parts and accessories worth more than £52,000,000, says a report of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders.. This was more than three times the value of the exports in 1938. The greatest increase has been in commercial vehicles, the output of which was accelerated during the war.
