GOVERNMENT CONTRACT IN JUGOSLAVIA (Rec. 10.40 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 5. About 150 German specialists have arrived in Jugoslavia from Berlin under a Government contract to act as consultants in the projected fiveyear plan to transform Jugoslavia from an agricultural into an industrial country, says Reuter’s Belgrade correspondent.
