BRITAIN CONSIDERING REDUCTION (Rec. 2 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 5. In the House of Commons to-day Mr. Morrison announced that Britain is considering in consultation with Australia and General MacArthur a reduction in the size oi the United Kingdom forces in Japan. The Government has decided to consider the matter in view of the degree of stability achieved in Japan. It is also anxious to reduce its commitments throughout the world.
