Market Over-Supplied at Addington The principal fait! s|tock sections were over-supplied at the Addington market yesterday and values were lower. There was _ a heavy yarding of store sheep which sold at late rates. Fat lambs were offered in small numbers and for these there was a sharp rise. Veaiers. —Values were similar to last week’s. Large prime vealers made £B/16/- to- £ll/13/6, others £6 8/6 to £B/1/-, good quality young suckers £4/3/6 to £5/6/-, large calves 55/- to 68/-, medium calves 35/- to 52/-, small and rough down to 18/-.

Store Cattle.— Two-year-old steers made £l2/16/- to £l5/3/6. Dairybred heifers made to £7/2/- and cows for grazing ranged from £7 9/- to £B/15/-.

Dairy Cattle.—Best second, third and fourth calvers made £l3 to £l7, medium £lO to £l2/10/-, and aged from £6 to £9/5/-. Good heifers made £l2 to £l7. others £7/10/to £lO/10/-. Fat Pigs.—All sections were cheaper this week through the sale was still sound. Values were: Light porkers, £3/14/6 to £3/19/6. Medium porkers, £4/7/6 to £4 14/6. Heavy porkers, £4/19/6 to £5/9/6. Choppers, £6/18/6 to £l4 18/6. Light baconers, £5/2/6 to £5 9/6. Medium baconers, £5/12/6 to £5/17/6. Heavy baconers, £6/2/6 to £6/9/6. Extra heavy baconers, £6/14/6 to £7/9/6. Average price per lb, 9id. to lOd. Store Pigs.—lncluded in the entry was a line of Tamworth sows which made from £9/10/- to £-10/10/-. Values were: Small weaners, 29/- to 34/-. Best weaners, 35/- to 43/-. Slips, 44/- to 50/-. Small stores, 54/- to 58/-. Medium stores, £3 to £3/5/-. Large stores, £3/6/- to £3/15/-.
