BELGIUM’S BEQUEST FOR BORDER CHANGE ! (Rec. 1 p.m.) BRUSSELS, Dec. 4. I Belgium in the Note handed to the (Foreign Ministers’ Council on November 14, sought only a minor borderchange and an equitable share in the ’ exploitation of German resources in the claims on Germany, said a Government statement, summarising the i Note. | The sole territorial claim calls for a straightening of the border area to include in Belgian territory the railway line linking the towns of St. Vits and Eupen and running through the German town of Monschau. i Belgium asks compensation equi--1 valent to the advantages the other Allies are able to obtain by reason i of their occupation,and effective , guarantees against any measures that might be taken in Germany affecting I transport from natural routes to Belgian ports.
