RUSSIA SATISFIED
TRANSFER OF TECHNICIANS FROM GERMANY (Rec. 12.45 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 3. According to Berlin radio * Mr. Brack, president of the central committee for social welfare in the Russian zone, stated that Russia’s demand for German technicians had been’satisfied. The Russian Military Government had “received a large number of applications from German technicians wishing to transfer to Russia.” , , .. Those transferred, he said, may send' part of their pay to Germany, apd also correspond freely and spend leaves in Germany.
