WEIGHT OF REPARATIONS BURDEN (Rec. 2 p.m.) ToFIA, Nov. 3 The Government has sent a Note to the Big Four requesting a reduction in the £31,250,000 reparations payable by Bulgaria as agreed on at the Paris conference. Bulgaria complains that she will need financial help for years before she is able to begin paym» reparations without economic and financial collapse. Bulgaria requested that Greece s frontier claims should be rejected and consideration given to Bulgaria s claims for Western Thrace and lor an outlet to the Aegean Sea.
