Mr, J. J. Haddock will leave tomorrow for Wellington, to represent the Greymouth Technical High School Board at the annual conference of the Technical Schools’ Association. Mr. B. F. Connors, president of the z West Coast Rugby League, will leave to-morrow for Auckland, to attend a special meeting of the New Zealand Rugby League. It is reported that the synod of the. Diocese of Waiapu has nominated the Dean of Christchurch, the Very Rev. A. K. Warren, as Bishop of Waiapu in succession to the Rt. Rev. G. C. Cruickshank, who recently resigned because of ill-health. If Dean Warren accepts he will become the ninth Bishop of Waiapu.
