Results of games played during the week under the auspices of the Greymouth Table Tennis Union are as follow:— , Runanga A (11 sets), defeated Dispatch A, (1 set). P. and T. A defeated Runanga B by default. Loco B (8 sets), defeated National Service (4 sets). P. and T. B (8 sets), defeated Woolworths B, (4 sets), United (7 sets) defeated Loco A (5 sets). Woolworths A (12 sets), defeated Dispatch C (nil).
Fixtures for the coming week are as follow: — A Grade (Knockout):—St. John’s Badminton Club V. Dispatch. A. Runanga A v. P. and T. A. B grade (one life knockout): —Loco B v. United, Woqlwoyth A v. National Service. Woolworths B v. Loco A. Dispatch C v. P. and T. B. ‘ The following is the team to play Hokitika at Hokitika on Wednesday next. (Bus leaves Post Office at. 6.30 p.m.):—Shackley (captain), McKechnie, Kelly, Golding, Burrow and Mundy. Misses Blair, Robertson, Brown, Robertson and Mesdames Neville and Hutchison.
