RADIO INTERRUPTION
SUNSPOTS AFFECT WORLD COMMUNICATIONS (Rec. 11.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 18. Sunspots last night and this morning seriously interrupted radio and cable communications throughout the world. All the wireless companies to-day report transmission difficulties and cables were also affected, causing long delays on all press traffic.
