Russian Demands on British Officers
(Rec. 11.511 a.n'i.) LONDON, Sept. 16. Russians last night stopped the Vienna-Klagenfurt express on the border of the Russian 2one. They entered the sealed British portion of the train and demanded the travel documents of all the British and Allied officers and other ranks, says the Daily Telegraph’s Vienna correspondent. After similar incidents last year, the British, in agreement with the Russians, put on special carriages for their own use. It is understood that the British have protested.
