Prolific Ewe.
A Romney cross .owe owned by Mr. D. McDonald, of Wyndham Ridges, Southland, in a period of five years has given birth to 15 lambs. As a two-tooth she had twins, as a two-year-old triplets, as a three-year-old triplets, as a four-year-old triplets, and as a five-year-old quadruplets. .11 is interesting to note that the mother was a twin which was reared by a goat on the property, and that with -the exception of one of the quadruplets all the lambs survived.
