ST. JOHN’S CHURCH
ANNUAL MEETING OF PARISHIONERS
The annual meeting of St. John’s Presbyterian Church was held last evening. There was a moderate attendance. The Rev. T. G. Campbell presided. He reviewed the work of the charge in the light of the spirit of encouragement manifested by a loyal body of workers in all departments of church work. The session report, the statement of the Board of Managers, and the treasurer’s balancesheet all showed a sound position. Messrs. Baker and East (Cobden) were re-elected to the Board of Managers. . "The matter of a-svar memorial in the form of a scroll containing names of servicemen of overseas and home forces was referred to the session. Votes of thanks were passed to Mr. and Mrs. Campbell and all who had contributed to the success of . trie year’s work.
