Seven applications for consent to the transfer of properties were approved by the Westland Land Sales Committee sitting at Hokitika yesterday, two being subject to price reductions. Six other cases were adjourned. Mr. M. Wallace presided, and associated with him were Messrs. J. Mulcare and J. W. Greenslade. The following were the successful applications:— R. Marley to W. A. J.
