- OUTLINE BY COMMUNIST PREMIER (Rec. 2 p.m.) PRAGUE, Aug. 4. The new Communist Premier, Mr Gottwald, interviewed, deblared that nationalisation of production throughout Czechoslovakia had been completed. He added that all that now remained to be done was the haimonising of the nationalised and private enterprises in the framework of State planning. Mr Gottwald said that enterprise left in private hands would be put under the control of nationalised , banks as far as the planned national economy made this necessary.
