BELGIAN CABINET
LEFT WING COALITION FORMED (Rec. 11.50 a.m.) BRUSSELS, Aug. 2. Mr. Camille Huysmans, the Socialist burgomaster of Antwerp, has formed a Left Wing coalition Government after a crisis lasting 24 days. The portfolios- include: —Foreign Minister, Mr. Spaak; Labour, Mi. Leonelie Troclet; Communications, Mr. Erenst Rongvaux; Education. Mr. Herman Vos (all Socialists); Interior, Mr. August Buiseget (Liberal): Food, Mr. Eduard Lalmand; Reconstruction, Mr. Jean Terfve (both Communists);. Finance, Mr. Jean Vauthier; Defence, ■ Lieutenant-Col-onel Raoul de Fraiteur; National ReEquipment, Mr. Paul de Gropte (all non-party). . , The Cabineet includes six Socialists, six Liberals, four Communists and three non-party members.
