(Rec. 10 a.m.) BOMBAY, Aug. 2. The Indian Postmen’s Union leader, Mr. V. P. Dalvi, has called off the 23-days-old strike of 60,000 lowergrade employees, after an assurance that their wage demands would be dealt with expeditiously.
