ROCKET Competition to Start on Saturday

At a meeting of the West Coast Hockey Association it was decided to commence competition matches on Saturday with two games at the Recreation Ground and one at Cobden Domain. It was decided that efforts be made to secure a representative match against Canterbury, the proposed date being in September and the place Christchurch. The appointing of selectors was held over.
