FOURTEEN MISSING
SHIP BLOWN UP AT t>UAY
(Rec. 11.40 a.m.) OSLO, April 23. Fourteen are missing and 15 injured as the result of the Norwegian vessel, Ramo, being blown up alongside the quay at Lofoten. The ship was loading salt and fish. It is believed that the explosion was caused by a delayed action depth charge which was being used to clear mines in the harbour.
