Clash Near Trieste.
The Milan radio says that an American force was involved in a frontier clash at Caporetto, 40 miles north of Trieste. It is reported that a civil police post was attacked by firearms to-night. Light American tanks and jeeps with machine-guns arrived when the alarm was given. There were no casualties among the Americans or the civil police, but four of the attackers were wounded, •juondon, April 21.
