Facsimile Newspaper Printed.

A radio facsimile machine no larger than a portable typewriter, which prints a four-column newspaper at the rate of 500 words a minute, was publicly demonstrated in New York py a research group sponsored by 20 newspapers and radio stations. The machine prints pictures and advei - tisements with excellent clarity. In use it is linked with an ordinary frequency modulation radio receiver.
