STRENGTHENING THE RED ARMY
(Rec. noon) MOSCOW, March 20. “Great and serious problems for safeguarding the peaceful toil of the Soviet people confront the Red Army,” says the Red Star in an editorial. It adds that it is a matter of honour and pride for the Red Army that M'r. Stalin has become Minister for the Armed Forces, which ensures that they will be strengthened and developed.
