RUSSIA AND PERSIA
MOSCOW, Sept. 16. Soviet trade union delegates who visited Persia recently met armed resistance from factory workers, said Mr. L. P. Barisov, head of the delegation, in an article in the trade union newspaper “Trud.” He added that it was learned later that the employers told their workers that the delegates had come to kill the workers, and kidnap their wives and children.
