YOUNG ITALIAN SENTENCED
(Rec. 1.0 p.m.) MILAN, July 19. The Allied Military Tribunal sentenced to death the 20-year-old Fermo Lini, and sentenced four of his colleagues to imprisonment for terms ranging from six to 30 years, for banding together to kill Fascists, and seize their property for their own personal gain. This is the first case of its kind in Northern Italy.
