BURMA CAMPAIGN
SIAM RAILWAYS DAMAGED RUGBY, March 24. The Eastern Air Command reports widespread attacks on Siamese targets and on an island in the Andaman Group, while R.A.F. heavy bombers from Ceylon hit three ships off Sumatra. One Allied aircraft is missing from all operations. Railway communications througnout Siam were extensively damaged. Wrieless instalaltions at Great Coco Island, 50 miles north-east of the Andamans, were attacked. Other operations included attacks on enemy positions near Mandalay and Meiktila. .
