NOTTINGHAM, Sept. 1. The new National Union of Mineworkers will be launched here with a membership of more than 600,000 and a bank balance of nearly £500,000. It takes the place of the 22 ex-
isting unions. It was decided at the delegate conference that a capitation fee of £1 for each adult member and 10/- for each youth and woman worker should be paid by the districts Weekly contributions tp the new union were fixed at 4|d a week for adult members and 2|d for youths I and women. ,
