RUGBY, October 26. A small naval force under the com- °££ ap * ain J - Hughes Hallett, iJ.0.0., RN., in the cruiser Jamaica, completed an operation during which winter supplies and relief personnel were taken to a Norwegian garrison at Spitzbergen, states the Admiralty.
