Al his Press conference. Mr. Stimson noted that the most iecent reports of the Bth Air Face attack on Germany on January 1 1 indicated a greater victory than was first announced. The Focke Wulf plant at Oschersleben and the Messerschmitt plant al Brunswick were almost totally demolished. The Junkers factory at Halberstadt was damaged by 40 to 70 per cent., thereby wiping out the production ..of all these factories for months.
