COLOMBIA DECLARES WAR
RUGBx, January 18. Colombia is now at war with the Axis. The signature of President Lopez at White House, yesterday, brings this South American republic from the ranks of the Associated Nations to join the 33 who have declared adherence to the United Nations Declaration of January 1, 1942. Colombia is the twelfth of the Latin American States to join the United 'Nations, and its adherence means that United Nations territory extends continuously ffom Greenland through North and Central America to Brazil.
