DROUGHT IN EUROPE.
LONDON, May 18. The whole harvest of Central Europe will be ruined unless rain falls within 14 days, says the “Express” Stockholm correspondent. Reports from Hungary, Rumania, and Jugoslavia claim the drought is the worst for 25 years. German and Italian rations are already reduced because of lack of rain, and will be cut again if the Rumanian-Hun-garian harvests fail. .
