Third Lanark defeated Partick 3/2. Scottish North-east Mitchell Cup Final replay, Raith Rovers tied with Aberdeen one all. Lancashire Cup Final, Manchester United tied with Liverpool three all. East Scotland Shield Final replay Hibernian defeated Hearts 3/2. . Rugby League Championship rmal: Dewsbury defeated Halifax 11/3. BOXING. [N.Z.E.P. Otllcfa) News Service.] CAIRO, May 4. New Zealand boxers won four and lost five bouts in an inter-services match. Wins were secured by Hargreaves (bantam), Mclvor (lightweight), Edwards (welter-weight), and Anderson (middle-weight). The cup for the best winner was won by Edwards. GOLF. The Greymouth Golf Club’s Kaiata Cup qualifying round was won by E. R. Moss, 72 nett, on a count back from C. G. McKechnie. The following also qualified, in order: Meldrum, Rhodes, Boustridge, Davis, Wilkins, Chivers, Brown, Mitchell, Warnes, Lindley, Caulton, Stopforih, Tizard, R. F. Woodhouse. Messrs Caulton and Brown won the Jeffery Buttons.
