FAT SHEEP PRICES IMPROVE

A rise of 2/- per head in the prices I for fat ewes was recorded at the Addlington market, yesterday, and fat I wethers were dearer by 1/- per head. Store ewes and lambs maintained recent values. There was an oversupply of beef, and prices eased. Fat pigs sold well. Store sheep.—An entry of 641 lambs, 736 wethers, and 1415 ewes. Prices were much on a par with those of last week.
