TURKISH TOWN BOMBED
DAMAGE AND CASUALTIES
(Recd. 1.45 p.m.) LONDON, March 16. Eleven unidentified planes dropped twelve bombs on Milas (Turkey) and district early in the morning of March 15, says a report received at Vichy from Ankara. The planes first dropped flares on the outskirts, then bombed the. suburbs and centre of the city, and also machine-gunned buildings. Ten people were killed and 20 wounded.
