MEETING AT COBDEN. The Cobden-Grey Whippet Club held a successful meeting at the Cobden Domain yesterday afternoon. There was a good attendance. Results: — Maiden Flat: Great Terror 1, Quick Silver 2, Mid-West 3. Open Flat: Sandy Powell 1, Royal Scot *2, Top Sail 3. Improvers’ Race: Bonny Boy 1, Blue Tinge 2, Red Jewel 3. Middle-weight: Royal Scot 1, Sandy Powell 2, Shadow Son 3. Second Class Flat Handicap: Red Pat 1, Blue Tinge 2, Waiau Maid 3. Consolation'Flat: Top Sail 1, All Irish 2, Waiau Maid 3. At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Collie (President of the Club) presented to the winning owners. ' ,
