RIFLE SHOOTING
RUNANGA MINIATURE CLUB. ’ The Runanga Miniature Rifle Club held a shoot last evening. The Hotty Button was won by G. Hildebrand, with a score of 69 off the rifle. Scores:
are the positions:—K. McDonald’s (Kaka’s) 247 score, 25 points; C. Bowden’s (Tui’s) 122—17; G. Hildebrand’s (Kiwi’s) 69—11. WOMEN’S CONTEST. At the recent shoot the Hotty Button was won by Miss Sheard. The handicap trophy donated by Mrs Cust went to Mrs Cooper, who tied with Miss Sheard in the first round.
